LOL! I seem to have missed the posts where you had the phantom commenter but glad to see everything is back to normal. If it is any comfort, I have a ghost follower. My followers widget says a number that is one above the number of people shown in the followers thing on my dashboard. I wondered for a long time who the phantom was!
