FNAR again

Why?

Tate was loading the lunch dishes into the dishwasher, singing aloud a song he was apparently composing on the spot.

Why did the lyrics of the song consist entirely of one word?

And why was that word, "Twitchy"?

    Because!

    Hey, Twitchy lends itself to some really imaginative rhythm.
    Maybe there were ants in his pants?
    Maybe he had a can of Coke and that's how he felt?
    Maybe he's a teenage boy or heading there...no explaination required!
