Lord, please cultivate in my children the ability to show true humility toward all.

to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and to show true humility toward all men.
Philippians 2:3-4
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.
1 Peter 5:5-6
Young men, in the same way be submissive to those who are older. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because,
“God opposes the proud
but gives grace to the humble.”
Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.

Guess what?!? I found my sheet on praying for your children. It really helps going through the paper piles. It was neatly filed under spriritual growth (imagine that!?) The first one on this sheet? Salvation. Just thought I'd share my glee! Thank you again for posting these daily, Julie.
