Father, teach my children the secret of being content in any and every situation, through Him who gives them strength.

I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

This one is a good one for me, too. I'm trying to be content with the snow, really - I am! :-D
Contentment is a good prayer - banishing the "gimmies" is a good thing to do!
