Cute....

It was Weird Hair Night at AWANA.

Yes, Gunnar got a point.

He's now also sporting a "Hiker" patch and a silver crown with a jewel. (And, yes, still wearing his cast/brace, for one more week.)

Yeaaaa, Gunnar!

Wo-Ho! Cute! Actually, my oldest son has a streak of purple in his hair, but unfortunately, it is sort of permanent. Hope he "outgrows" it, if you know what I mean. He needs a dose of maturity!
Oh, thanks for your prayers. Glenn saw the oncologist yesterday, who seemed very nice and calm. Glenn went for another bone biopsy in Fargo today. Our local physician tried to get one last week, but it came up dry. And it was painful. This time, however, he was put to sleep, and they were successful in getting a sample, which will be sent to the Mayo clinic. Then Glenn gets a C-scan next week. We are praying for the proper diagnosis, still. So, keep praying for us toward that end, and that this will come up nothing serious. The doctor asked if Glenn has had a lot of stress lately, and yes, this has been the most stressful year of our lives. Thanks for your prayers. Mary.

Awesome hair!! Last week was yellow night at AWANA for our gang, but I completely forgot, as did the kids, so no points here. Way to go Gunnar!

I think he looked adorable, but it was completely washable. Now I have my "regular" Gunnar back. :0)

I was a Sparkie leader for a number of years. I just love this age! After my kids earned their "Timothy" eventually they "aged out". (Our church didn't continue programs for older than that) This picture and wonderful smile bring back great memories!

Yea for Sparkies! I led Sparks too, along with my brother, when I was in college and he was a HSer. It's such a sweet age :0)
